Cincinnati, OH 45219
The rate is $119 a night plus $9 for parking.
Traffic: If coming in Thursday evening, the traffic is generally lighter southbound opposed to north bound. Most traffic ends by 6-6:30pm. If you want to get in before traffic, you should plan to arrive by 4pm. If coming in Friday morning, the best time is to get in before 7:30am or arrive after 9am to miss the traffic. Unfortunately, this doesn’t help with the conference start time.
In general, it can take up to 30 minutes to travel through the Cincinnati area (I-75 at 275 to the bridge into Kentucky – approximately 15 miles). There is construction on both 75 S and 71 S, so one route is not necessarily going to be better right now. However, both C-State and UC are on Spring Break that week, so traffic should be considerably less. We are approximately an hour from Dayton, two hours from Columbus, and 4 hours from Cleveland.
